6 Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

7 Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. The following items are non-refundable:

• Opened software or digital downloads
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Customised or personalised products

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
